emonster inc. ("emonster", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on emonster.dev, in product inquiries and support, and in the planned SubmitCheck workflow.
SubmitCheck’s local-first design
SubmitCheck is designed so that app binaries, .ipa and .xcarchive files, source code, dSYM files, and Apple API private keys remain on your machine. The local tools are intended to inspect allowlisted submission evidence and produce sanitized JSON that you can review before choosing to upload it.
If you use a hosted SubmitCheck report, the service may receive the sanitized evidence you approve, identifiers needed to bind a report to an account or submission cycle, report findings, ruleset and collection versions, and operational records needed to provide, secure, and support the service. SubmitCheck is not designed to receive your raw app binary or Apple API private key.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, company, email address, support requests, privacy requests, project details, and any other information you choose to send. When account, report, or billing features become available, we may also process account identifiers, entitlement records, payment status supplied by the payment provider, and report activity.
Our websites and software may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, app or CLI version, referring URL, timestamps, diagnostics, security events, and similar metadata.
Analytics and consent
emonster.dev loads optional website analytics from our site code only after you allow it. You can decline analytics or change your choice through the Privacy settings link in the footer. Hosting, DNS, and security providers may still process limited request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website and software, provide reports and support, validate entitlements, improve rules and reliability, prevent abuse, answer requests, comply with law, and maintain business records. Deterministic findings are intended to remain traceable to the evidence and ruleset used.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with providers that help with hosting, security, analytics, email, support, authentication, payments, and professional advice. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your consent.
Retention, deletion, and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support report reproducibility, keep business and financial records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Product controls may allow deletion of individual scans, submission cycles, or an account when those features are available. Payment providers may retain their own records independently.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so you should review the sanitized evidence before upload and avoid including secrets or data outside the documented schema.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Third-party services
The site and product may link to Apple, App Store Connect, payment providers, source documentation, and other third-party services. Their practices are governed by their own terms and policies. SubmitCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Apple.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements evolve. The revised version will be posted here with a new update date. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. For product support, contact [email protected].
